Delivery Terms & Conditions

It usually takes 4-7 weeks for furniture to arrive in Hong Kong from the time the order is placed. This may vary depending on the manufacturer of the furniture.
Customers should check upon arrival at your home to ensure the order has been completed and the item has traveled intact. We are not responsible for any damage to your home (such as walls, carpets, doorways, etc.) when the furniture is delivered. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please notify us immediately. If the item has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Return and exchange policy:

Customers have the right to request a reasonable return or exchange of products that are seriously missing or damaged by the manufacturer. A 10% restocking and repurchase fee will be charged for items returned or exchanged for reasons other than manufacturer defect or damage. We accept product returns within 5 days of delivery. No warranty or guarantee is given on any of its products after the 5-day return and exchange period, whether defective or damaged by the customer or the manufacturer. Defective or damaged merchandise will only have the defective part replaced. Customers cannot return or exchange items within a complete order that are not faulty. Items may only be returned and exchanged once.

Return and exchange procedures:

Notify our customer service by emailing keinichi.living@gmail.com within 5 calendar days of receipt of the item to explain supporting photos showing any damage found.

Once we accept returns or exchanges. Customer must return:
(i) Items the customer wishes to return or exchange
(ii) Original receipt
(iii) Items in complete package

All return orders are subject to the following conditions:
(i) Color deviation is not a valid reason for a guaranteed return.
(ii) Returns, cancellations or exchanges of special order furniture will not be accepted.
(iii) It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the furniture will fit within the interior of all delivery locations and will fit into the required space.
(iv) Returned items may only be exchanged for items of the same color and product model as per the original order.
(v) All delivery charges are non-refundable.

Delivery or logistics distribution services:

Delivery scope is currently limited to Hong Kong.

Products whose size conforms to the size of the logistics company (such as small electrical appliances, household products, gadgets, small furniture, etc.):

All products can be picked up in the store or sent by SF Express. information.
If you choose express delivery for products in stock in Hong Kong, we will deliver the goods within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after confirming the order. Orders will generally be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. For pre-ordered products that are not in stock, customers please pay attention to the ordering time listed in the product content. We will notify customers and ship the product after it arrives.

If the order contains both ready-stocked and ordered goods, we will wait until all the goods are available and ship them out together.

Large products or products that require delivery personnel to assemble (such as cabinets, sofas, dining tables, dining chairs, etc.):

• Our company's furniture delivery service will be used, and the system will display the charging details.
• We will contact the customer after receiving the order.
• Delivery charges do not include additional costs incurred in moving stairs or parking lots at the delivery location, in which case additional shipping charges will be quoted.
• Furniture delivery service is subject to terms and conditions.
